Was this in camera? When I do it "in camera" the subject looks ghosted, except where they overlap. I put a few up, but no people one. Thanks, Greg

Yes, in camera. This was a multiple flash exposure. ISO was low and aperture stopped down quite a bit so the only exposure would come from the flash and not ambient. The flash freezes the motion. This was two flash bursts within an approximately(Dont quite remember off hand) 1-2sec exposure
